Nchima is an experienced Assets and Facilities Manager with a career spanning over ten years on an international and local level. As a people and task oriented individual, Nchima can quickly establish a rapport with people, and liaise and negotiate with individuals, groups and stakeholders.

He has a passion for initiating and implementing Greenfield projects, it is the challenge, being able to overcome and delivering client goals that motivates Nchima. He has been instrumental over the ten years in drafting & setting up contracts, setting up & monitoring building operations, training & motivation of staff.

As his first assignment in Australia, Nchima had the unenviable task of transitioning out a commercial operations contract, this involved highly engaged transition out plans.

This assignment led into his appointment as Operations Manager by Lease Equity, at Lease Nchima was instrumental in drafting contracts and setting up the operations management plan for high end commercial properties in Perth’s CBD.

A four-year stint at Programmed saw Nchima manage multimillion dollar projects on behalf of the state government. He credits this stint for his motivation to set up his own Facility Management Consultancy Firm. Nchima is now keen on applying his vast international experience in property to provide expertise through Equity to the Namibian Property Industry.
