Justin has over ten years of post-qualification experience involving feasibility studies, project management, architectural designs, planning and supervision of building works: industrial and commercial projects for private and parastatal developers; local authority and parastatal housing estates including health and educational Institutions.

Over the years in the industry, Justin has been privileged to lead multi-disciplinary teams of Consultants comprising engineers, quantity surveyors, socio economists etc. and has since acquired vast experience in the various forms of building Contracts in the above-mentioned fields having worked for various firms both in Zambia, Zimbabwe and now Namibia.

He also possesses knowledge of energy and ecologically sustainable designs having participated in an architectural conference at the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2001. He graduated with a bias in retail and office design by use of natural cooling and energy efficient strategies.

He is a corporate member of Namibian Council for Architects and Quantity Surveyors and the Namibian Institute of Architects and the Zambia Institute of Architects.

Justin established a new architectural firm based in Windhoek, Namibia and working to establish ground throughout the southern African region. The firm will venture into the various forms of project management consulting for various national and multilateral organizations.

Justin has noticed a gap in the facilities management industry in Namibia, this he sees as an opportunity not only to develop a viable business but also to assist property owners professionally manage their assets and drive down maintenance costs through an integrated model of service delivery.
